Regret. ,regret greedily bought many many slots. first time in my life I should have come to the spa to pamper myself but coming here I have to prepare mentally so that I don't get hurt because I never came here I am happy.

1. Organize. Please organize customer schedule systematically. since going to the spa I have never been hung up for hours with the excuse of a full room like you all. I didn't have to once, many times. Then I had to go back and forth twice asking what treatment to do what treatment
2. Poor business ethics. When a customer makes an appointment for the service, make sure to prepare things. I make an appointment for an injection, when I arrive I can say "the goods are out of stock". I came 79.3km away. What do you think? Another excuse "there are no beauticians who want to inject today"
3. Communication. How come you all are so persistent in promoting your services, doing live, that's how you all have to actively communicate with customers who have made appointments. They are good at taking money, there is no stock or anything, they don't inform customers directly. People have made appointments, you follow up and come back. For dozens of sessions I have taken, there is not even one follow-up text from you all. All want customers who go and worship your feet.
4. Customer pleaser. Go for training to improve skills in customer service. Just sweet talk is not enough, keep repeating "yes dear" "Akak dear". Just talk nice to hear without results.
5. Consultation. In the spa, everything is as long as you can consult. If there are 10 staff, only 10 can consult. Suggest us to do 1 treatment, when we buy, the day we want to do another treatment, a beautician says "eh why take this treatment, my face doesn't have any problems, this treatment is if I have so many problems..." I wonder what? Are you guys playing tricks without knowledge? While the spa/clinic out there only has one consultant who is really good in this field. Not everyone knows that customers have deep knowledge about skin. We hope you suggest a good treatment, you guys can't use it either.
6. Think of this dissatisfaction as something that can improve your business because “your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning” don't make your business a shock.
7. I'm unhappy. Yes actually you don't deserve any stars.

I swear it's not recommended.. not worth it.. I made an appointment and had to wait and then have a crooked nose thread, when I informed the beautician he said the swelling would go down ok.. after 5 days I texted again and showed the crooked nose bridge and they told me to come and fix it.. I came again and when I got there I had to wait again and then went into the beautician's room and said it was ok where was the crooked nose while I asked 8 of my officemates at the office all said it was crooked but they said it wasn't crooked and there was nothing they could do to fix it.. then
he advised me to add 3 more threads and pay for the topup.. but I didn't feel good because I was worried that it would look crooked again..
I just went back like that while I commuted from Seremban to Gombak twice and spent money on gas and tolls again.. but this is what I got.. the drive back in the car I cried and cried I don't know, finally my sister found another place that could repair it, I had to spend more money or I would get married 5 months ago my nose is crooked.. I'm just worried..
I feel guilty and this is why I really want to change my nose.
I pray that other people don't have to go through the same thing as me.

Disappointed with the service. CS consultant also out. Came for the first time 8/11 all staff face moody. Admin who served also face not friendly. Beria told me to come on time, almost an hour I waited for the drip. No intention to inform the goods arrived late or what. Settle also did not say anything. Do and donts also did not say. Thank you not even. Apooooooo. Came because a friend suggested effective medicine, but got this service, luckily only did the detox drip, that too 3 hours only settled. Im very disappointed

suka sangat dengan tempat ni!! baru naik tangga je dah wangi and bila masuk dalam lagi la wangi!! staff sangat friendly and siap kasi air coway kat saya kalau saya haus masa drip. btw saya buat detox drip ngan anak dara drip kat sini. pasni nak buat aura diamond drip pulak. ada 3/4 orang staff yang datang kat saya masa saya tengah drip. dorang banyak kali tanya keadaan saya okay tak masa drip. so kepada yang ragu ragu nak datang sini , tolongla buang keraguan anda sebab service kat sini memang terbaik! but make sure datang sini waktu appointment yang telah ditetapkan. kalau awak datang lambat, kesian jugak kepada customer lain yang datang awal. so be punctual and enjoy your me time here!! btw suka tengok madam imma and semua staff2 dia cantik comey jee hehe

The best treatment near here is comfortable, beautiful & the beautician also does a neat pedicure. Can repeat next time 😙

They do a manicure promo for RM99 (Normal Price RM158). The treatment for such a price should be spa manicure including wrap, mask and so on. But the only treatment I got was express manicure, which is nail trim, nail clean and nail buff. For the price of RM99, it is expensive for an express manicure like that.
