I had a really disappointing experience. My appointment was changed last minute, just one day before my scheduled treatment. At first, the staff was okay when I asked questions, but once I made the full payment, she told me to change the appointment at the last minute, and then became reluctant to communicate professionally with me via WhatsApp. Then, late at night, I was informed that I should come to the spa at midday for my treatment. I was told that one treatment would be done first, followed by another two hours later. However, when I arrived, things did not go as planned. I had to wait for a long time, with staff walking past me without offering any explanation. Every time a staff member walked by, they kept asking, “You buat apa?” or saying, “Oh tunggu sekejap ya, bilik penuh.” It made me feel completely clueless and frustrated. Time management was also a big issue. There were some people still waiting, longer than me outside the treatment rooms, and yet they continued to take in more clients. If they can’t handle so many customers, they shouldn’t be taking so many bookings. I heard excuses like “Tak cukup orang” or “Kite ramai customer hari ni,” but honestly, I don’t care about how popular they are. It’s unprofessional, and it felt like they were just trying to squeeze in as many people as possible without regard for quality and also cleanliness. The treatments themselves were very underwhelming. The facial was rushed and not thorough at all. I expected a deep cleaning of my face, but instead, the staff only focused on my nose, and didn’t even properly clean my cheeks. The mask was applied, and that was it. Even the eye wash felt rushed, and the machines weren’t functioning properly – I could tell something wasn’t right, but the staff didn’t seem to check. It was as if they didn’t care whether the treatment was done correctly. It was completely different from what was shown in the video; the reality was far from what I expected. The same thing happened with my nose thread lift. The beautician initially told me that my results would look natural, but when I arrived at the spa, they suddenly wanted to do more work (which, of course, was more expensive than during the promo). If they had informed me earlier, I would have taken advantage of the promo price. This contradicted what I was told initially. There was no consistency or clarity in the communication from the staff. Some said one thing, and others said something entirely different. It felt like they weren’t sure what they were doing at all, despite claiming to have experience. There was also no proper post-care advice provided after the treatment, unless you asked for it. If you cannot handle many clients, and knowing that you are understaffed with treatments that may vary in length, please don’t be greedy for the sake of commission. Clients will end up suffering and feeling unsatisfied with the quality of the service. I came because of the reviews and other clients' experiences, but now I’m left wondering if it was just a gimmick. Overall, this was an incredibly unprofessional experience. The service was poorly managed, the treatments were subpar, and the staff were not properly trained or coordinated. Your staff could do better if they focused on one client at a time per service.
